RECOMMENDED DOSING
For best results, use daily oral therapy AFTER brushing and flossing your teeth and a tongue scraper. This is a herbal tonic containing 14 pure plant extracts and herbal essential oils that separate naturally. I DO NOT add chemicals (even natural chemicals) to bind these herbs together. Simply shake them 10 times just before use. After shaking, pour about 15ml into the cap provided. Take it into your mouth, suck it vigorously between your teeth (both sides), gargle it and repeat all this before spitting it out. Don't swallow. (This is a pure herbal product.
